Pet Policy

Southgate Apartments is a pet-friendly community, however, you must have written permission of Management in a form of a signed "Pet Agreement." The Community allows up to two pets per apartment home. Owners are required to confirm that their pets are up to date on all vaccinations and registered with Centre County, PA as outlined here - https://centrecountypa.gov/191/Dog-Licenses.
Weight and breed restrictions apply for dogs. Dogs may be no larger than nineteen (19) inches at the shoulder and thirty (30) pounds in weight at full growth. The following breeds of dogs, full blood or mixed at any percentage, are not permitted at any time: Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Dobermans, Chow Chows or any other breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or that is banned by local law. There is a $50.00 monthly pet rent for one pet and $75.00 monthly pet ret for two pets. The community does not charge pet deposit or pet fee.
