Pets are limited to 2 per home. For the 1st pet, the pet rent is $50 per month, and the second is an additional $25 ($75 total for 2 pets).

For apartment units, the rent rate includes gas (heat, hot water, and stove), internet, water, sewer, and trash. Resident is responsible for your electric bill.
For townhome units: Internet and trash are included. Resident is responsible for gas, electric water and sewer.
Each apartment comes furnished with a 50” TV, couch, side chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, dining room table with 2 chairs. Each furnished bedroom space will include an queen-size bed frame and mattress, stackable dresser drawers, computer desk, and chair.
Our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments have in-building laundry rooms. Each laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers that operate on CSC Mobile app. Resident can pay for laundry and see the status of your loads in real time on the app. Laundry rooms are accessible from the lower level hallway, so you do not need to exit the building or walk outside to get to them.
Our 3 bedroom townhomes have in unit washers and dryers.

Our 1-bedroom apartments one parking space is included in the monthly rent, for our 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom townhomes two parking spaces are included in the rent. Additional spaces are available for a monthly fee. We have three designated visitor parking areas.
We require 3x the monthly rent for income.
